that was a waste of paper and ink will not let me print. Built it! And the storage is ingenious'.'.'.'.'. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong with the top angle please help!!! And are there plans for the other sofa? Some day... it would be awesome if it was a full portable rolling work station. This gets my vote and I may have just found my next project! Also where did you get the fabulous cushions for the sectional? Only one nitpick. Do I need to build the miter saw cart first in order to get the correct height for the in and out carts? I am thinking maybe using Cedar? I see on the xtra cart with the table saw, you cut fence guides into the plywood counter top right? I have a narrow space behind my toilet. Note to readers: When I checked Ana's site I saw that the photograph of the finished project has a crown molding but the sketches do not (or at least, not as far as I could see). Will adding the interior pieces and the 1/4" plywood to the back truly make this fully stable? I am using this plan to add some much needed storage to a bathroom and the 10-degree cuts do not seem to make sense for both the top and bottom. Brimac - You can use 1-1/2" staples as long as you are attaching 3/4" material to something, but if you are attaching 1-1/2" thick material, will need to go up to bigger screws. Thank you so much! Thanks Anna. Note: Project Plan is great, but has the following errors: -purchase list states you need 2 qty 2x6x8', but it should be 2 qty 2x6x10' (need four quantity 60" [5'] pieces). Did you go ahead and add the other interior pieces? The in-feed-out-feed cart dimensions are 36 x 24 x 40. I'm trying to download the plans for this really cool garage storage but I can access the button. Cushions arrived yesterday so its finally complete! Do you think any adjustments would be needed if you wanted a stone top for the mantel? Would love to build this, if only I had the space for it. I see the materials list but nothing mentioned about the lumber. You can find a link to the plans here: https://www.ryobitools.com/nation/projects/2651 and see how I made mine here: http://www.thehandymansdaughter.com/2016/05/17/make-your-own-outdoor-sofa-and-loveseat/. -purchase list states you need 7 qty 2x4x8s, but the cut list is short 2 qty 31 1/2" pieces, so you need 8 quantity 2x4x8. Should i buy a mattress pad or something to put underneath the cushions or should i just buy firmer cushions. The other tutorials I have seen say to use plywood for the back, gluing the mirrors to plywood instead of the frame strips. Although mine is not for a shop but rather for storage. I might make me one of these. That will help out quite a bit. and then Step 4: Top Ends of Legs Use a square to mark back top edges of legs perpendicular to top 10 degree cut, so 6” is cut off at back side. Hit the tutorial for a full plan. Thank you. Mike. Will probably use it in my kitchen. very very helpful. Was thinking maybe 15" high. @DIY_Diva - We only have a finished image for this project. However, there apparently is no way to print it out, am I correct? This is just the ticket. A&W like the rootbeer. How many 2x4's are needed to do both sofas? I see on the xtra cart with the table saw, you cut fence guides into the plywood counter top right? Good evening, Maybe the miter saw cart is 40" wide and the others are 48". This plan is designed to coordinate with the Outdoor Sofa, but the plans are subtly different - the Outdoor Sofa does not have the back supports included (the wood that is placed on edge under the two arm rests and back), so if building both pieces, you'll want to allow for the extra stock necessary to include those three extra pieces. Really? Darryl (firstname.lastname@example.org). Saved a ton with this easy to do project reusing original shelf! MATERIALS USED: is a list of all the parts, a video to view over and over, and step by step instructions. Love this. Having the vac under the saw is nice because it's easy to disconnect and clean up the area too. extremely useable. Hi Elf Another wonderful project from the talented Anna White.
